About Play Makers
Play Makers is run by SOUNDS LiKE CHAOS, one of the UK’s leading theatre companies working with young people.  We’ve been working in Lewisham for more than 9 years and our work has been produced across the UK.

Play Makers is a two day workshop for young people aged 12-16 nominated by their school and other organisations.  You’ve been nominated because your teacher or youth worker thinks you might be a great performer or theatre-maker.

During the weekend you’ll take part in a series of professional workshops run by leading theatre directors and actors.  You’ll learn new skills and meet new people – we guarantee you’ll make new friends and have a lot of fun.

Thursday 2 August, 10am – 4pm
Friday 3 August, 10am – 4pm

Play Makers takes place at the Albany in Deptford, South East London’s leading arts centre.

The Albany, Douglas Way, Deptford, SE8 4AG
