We were commissioned by the Southbank Centre to takeover their Riverside Terrace for the Southbank’s 75th Anniversary celebrations, bringing young diverse talent to a major cultural institution.
Bring The Noise celebrates the power of sound and community - with a focus on bringing both emerging and established DJs together under one roof. On Friday we curated a line up of incredible DJs who took us sonically through the ages - travelling through different eras in music. We also partnered with Junglist dance group and collective Daisy Roots Movement - who brought their energy and talent to the stage and dancefloor.

saturdAY: CONCRETE & CONFETTI
On Saturday, we presented Concrete and Confetti - a birthday celebration for everyone.
An experimental cabaret performance titled Poggo and Mystique - which explored the relationship between magician and clown - was developed in partnership with Marissa Carnesky and two SLC Associate Artists Christine Bramwell and Phoebe Fairchild. Following two days of writing and development, this was performed on the Southbank Terrace stage.
Our full day takeover featured textile sash making, badge making, cabaret and live music. We commissioned two visual artists to deliver workshops on the terrace - bringing their visual arts practice to hundreds of people across the day.
